- After the return is processed, the refund will be issued. Refunds to payment cards may take 5ā7 business days, while refunds to Woodly Gift Credit are processed within 4 business hours.
Refunds
- Upon successful return processing, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method or as Woodly Gift Credit, based on your preference.
- Refunds are made using the same payment method used during purchase, but processing times may vary depending on the method.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- If a damaged or defective product is delivered, Woodly will provide a full replacement or refund upon verification.
- You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged or defective product to expedite the process.
- If the product is unavailable in stock, a full refund will be issued.
4. Return Policy for Third-Party Sellers
When the Seller Handles Returns:
- If you purchased from a third-party seller on Woodly, the sellerās return policy will apply.
- The seller may ask you to return the product to their designated return address or provide a prepaid return label.
- In some cases, a full refund may be granted without requiring the product to be returned, based on the sellerās policy.
If the Seller Fails to Provide a Return Option:
- If the seller does not provide a clear return policy or fails to process the return, you can request assistance from the Woodly team. We will work with you to secure your rights and refund according to Woodlyās policy.

- You can review the sellerās return policy before purchase by visiting the “Returns & Refunds” section on the sellerās profile page. After submitting a return request, you can track its status online in the Return Center.
5. Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- If an incorrect product or one not purchased from Woodly is sent.
- If the product has been used or damaged after being received.
- For products marked as “Non-Returnable” or perishable items such as cosmetics or food.
- If the order was canceled or refused by the customer after shipping or if the shipment was not accepted.

- Misuse of the Return Policy: In cases of excessive returns or products returned in a non-original state, Woodly reserves the right to warn, restrict, suspend, or ban accounts.
